Job Description: The primary focus of this role is to market and sell to the German market, new Le Boat canal boats in the various TUI Marine Yacht Ownership Programs in coordination with Le Boat boat Sales Manager and Bad Vilbel Sales Team. This is a full time position located at TUI marine offices in Bad Vilbel. This role may later expand to other Boat Sales activities, and may require some travel including trips to Europe or US to meet with management, travel to boat shows and other exhibits and open houses which may require work on weekends. Primary Responsibilities Rapidly gain in - depth knowledge and expertise of Le Boat product, Yacht Partnership Programs. Become proficient in the use of the Goldmine Lead Database System®. Prospect Database, revive prospects and convert to sales. Follow up with new company generated leads and convert to sales. Meet or Exceed sales and margin objectives Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing Collaborate and develop a strong relationship with the Charter boat Sales Teams in other source markets. Establish cross selling opportunities with the Charter database. Develop a strong relationship with boat Sales Manager, in France, Marketing department in general, particularly in Germany and other Source markets. Provide input in the development of marketing efforts in conjunction with the Yacht Sales Marketing Manager Assist with translations of yacht sales specific ad copy and brochure material. Attend and assist in the preparation of boat shows, trade shows and other events as required by TUI Marine. Travel to charter bases or other offices from time to time as may be required by TUI Marine. Handle all inquiries in a professional manner including owners, charter clients and internal calls. Maintain records of all transactions as required by the finance department and Yacht Sales Administration. Ensure all transactions are subject to a signed approval sheet by VP Yacht Sales & Ownership or boat Sales Manager. Attend sales meetings and training designated by TUI Marine. Master the preparation of contracts, Bills of Sale and all related closing documents. Become proficient in registering yachts on behalf of clients. General Follow Companys and departments procedures and policies. Assist in the management of data base and computer in cooperation with IT department. Profile: This individual must be: German speaker, Fluent in English An experienced sales professional, with a proven track record in high ticket products preferably the marine industry. One with good interpersonal skills and must have the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels. One with a flexible approach to the job and adaptable attitude. One preferably with the ability to converse in other languages i.e. dutch, french but not required. Highly organized with an entrepreneurial approach. To his or her job.
